When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date of submission. If your order contains any back orders, you will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated ship date. Please contact our office at (706) 253-6279 if your order is not received within this time.


How can I check the status of my order?
Click “My Account”. Login using the username and password set up when your order was placed. Click “View Order Status”. You will then see the status of your order.


What if my order contains back orders?
You will be notified via email as soon as possible if any portion of your order is not immediately available. Your order will ship once it is complete.


How much is shipping and handling?
You can view an estimate of shipping and handling costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs are dis-played on your invoice before confirming your order.


Will my sheets fit my deep mattress?
The Luxury Sheet Collection is designed to fit deep mattresses.
